  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (GMT+5) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: Due to the bulky nature of furniture and thorough quality checks, orders take 10–25 business days (Monday–Friday) to prepare for transit. This includes customization (if applicable), packaging, and handoff to our trusted carriers.

Shipping & Transit Time

  • Carrier Partners: We work with reliable logistics partners (e.g., TCS, M&P, Trax) for safe delivery across Pakistan.
  • Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for urban areas (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad). Rural regions or remote provinces (e.g., Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan) may take 7–14 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Window:

  • 13–30 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays).
  • Example: An order placed on Monday before 2:00 PM PST with 15-day handling + 7-day transit would arrive in ~22 business days.

Key Considerations

  • Furniture Assembly: Most items require self-assembly. Contact us for professional assembly services (available in select cities at an additional cost).
  • Bulky Items: Large furniture (e.g., sofas, beds) may incur higher shipping fees or require special delivery arrangements.
  • Public Holidays: Deliveries are paused on national holidays (e.g., Eid, Independence Day). These days are excluded from timelines.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. Fees are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Process

  • Missing Parts: Report missing components (e.g., screws, fittings) within 1-2 days for prompt resolution.
