- The typical delivery time is 7-15 working days.
- Delivery Charges for other cities will be applied. (depending on distance and items)

- Orders exceeding PKR 25,000, a 50% advance payment is necessary.
- For All custom Item full Payment is necessary.

- Replacement is accepted only for damaged/defective products.
- Notification of damaged/defective products must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- No Return or Replacement for custom made items.
