We offer a  5-7 Years warranty on our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural integrity issues
• Material faults (e.g., cracks, warping, or breakage due to defects)

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Humidity-related damage (e.g., swelling, mold, or deterioration due to moisture exposure)
• Termite or pest damage
• Water damage (Nami) caused by spills, leaks, or improper storage
• Accidental damage, stains, or discoloration
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
• Exposure to extreme conditions (direct sunlight, heat, cold, or improper ventilation)

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information.

Resolution

If the issue falls under warranty coverage, we will:

• Repair the item or
• Replace the item or
• Offer a store credit (if repair/replacement isn’t possible)

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The decision on repair or replacement is at our sole discretion.
