Manufacturing and Delivery:

• All Furniture Items are Made on order.
• The typical delivery time is 10-25 working days.
• Delivery Charges for other cities will be applied. (depending on distance and items)
• Delivery in other cites out side of Lahore may take Few extra days to deliver.   

Fabric Color Disclaimer:

• Please note that fabric color shades may slightly vary in the physical product.

Replacement Policy:

• Replacement is accepted only for damaged/defective products.
• Notification of damaged/defective products must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• No Return or Replacement for custom made items.

• furniturezone.pk has full rights to update the prices at any given time. 

Advance Payment: We charge 70% on advance for regular orders and 100% for custom orders. This percentage may vary depending on the items. 

Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be made within 10 to 25 working days after we receive full/partial payment.

Cancellation Policy: Once Production start we do not entertain order cancellations. Please consider your order carefully before giving us a go ahead. in case of order cancellation from client side 80% of the advance payment will be deducted. 

• In the event of a delay in order fulfillment, we reserve the right to extend the delivery timeline by an additional 2 to 4 days. The revised delivery date will be communicated to you promptly by our team.

No Return/Refund: We do not offer returns or refunds if you receive the same product as seen on the website in perfect condition or as per your description for custom item. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
